Your unit is received via motorized conveyor #1. All documents that arrive with your repair are scanned into our "Spectrum" tracking System. Your unit is photographed and a digital image is attached to the record. Then it is barcoded so that it can be tracked through the repair process.
Next stop is motorized conveyor #2. Engineering evaluates your unit and scans and records all information. Via Conveyor #3 the Service Writer contacts you with a repair estimate and findings for your approval. Your unit moves to the Technician Service Area via drop table for immediate assignment. Any conformal coating/clearcoat is removed via CCR 2000 workstation.
The latest technology is used to determine component failure. An extensive pneumatic tube system delivers parts from an inventory of more than 2 million components. Highly qualified technicians replace components and complete preventive maintenance. Over 300 documented test fixtures are utilized for final testing and inspection of your unit.
Example: Servo Test Bay. Example: AC & DC Drive Bay tests up to 150hp. Example: Instrument calibration station. Your Unit is transferred from QA to Shipping via motorized conveyor #4.
Shipping takes your unit from the drop table for immediate packaging. Custom shipping packages are designed for maximum protection. Automated skin packaging is often utilized for increased protection. Your unit is placed on motorized conveyor #5 and is ready for immediate shipment.
