Full Time Employee Benefits

Radwell International, Inc. offers regular FULL TIME employees working 40 hours per week the following benefits after 90 days of employment:

Health Insurance

 

 

Radwell offers employees, and eligible dependents, a choice of 2 medical plans through Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The Full Time employee can chose between a POS and a PPO plan. Both plans include prescription plans.The costs of the plans are generously shared by Radwell.

 

 

Dental Coverage

 

 

Radwell offers employees, and eligible dependents, a choice of 2 dental plans through Guardian.

   High – 100% paid by employee

   Low – 100% paid by employee

 

 

Life Insurance

 

 

Radwell provides employees a $20,000 group term Life/AD&D insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

 

 

Voluntary Life Insurance

 

 

For employee, spouse and dependent children paid 100% by employee.

 

 

FSA   (Flexible Spending Account)

Allows eligible employees to set aside a specific pretax dollar amount for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision, over the counter items, and dependent care expenses.

 

PTO (Paid Time Off)

     0 - 4.9 years

     5+ years

 

 Accruing and Using PTO: 

PTO is accrued upon date of hire.  Eligible employees must be scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per week on a regular basis.  PTO may be used in day or partial day increments. 

 

PTO accruals are available for use in the pay period following completion of 90 days of employment.  All hours thereafter are available for use in the pay period following the pay period in which they are accrued.  Employees accumulate a specified amount of PTO each pay period worked.  PTO is accrued on a pro-rated basis throughout the year.

Radwear

Radwell employees are required to wear apparel containing the Radwell Company logo to be displayed at all times during working hours.
