Product Conditions Described



USPP - Used Surplus PlcCenter Packaging. All items are repackaged in new PlcCenter.com custom packaging. Items are previously used in the field or used as a demo. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. All units have been tested and thoroughly cleaned, but may show signs of use. All units are covered with a 12 month warranty.

NSPP - New Surplus PlcCenter Packaging. All items are repackaged in new PlcCenter.com custom packaging. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. All units have been tested and thoroughly cleaned. All units are covered with a 12 month warranty.

NSFP - New Surplus Factory Packaging. Items are in original packaging and may be an older series or style and discolored. When purchasing NSFP please verify series and firmware when applicable. All units have been tested and thoroughly cleaned. All units are covered with a 12 month warranty. NSFP Bulk Packaging - Bulk items may be sorted into smaller quantities and repacked into PlcCenter packaging.

FNFP - Factory New Factory Packaging. Average delivery 7 to 15 days(delivery may vary depending on product availability, we will advise). Same Day Rush is available to items in stock in our NJ warehouse, and/or if that service is available with OEM. Units are covered by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty as applicable.
Packaging/Handling Fee:
Surging fuel costs require we charge a $7.50 Handling Fee for all PlcCenter.com purchases. This charge offsets costs relating to shipping and packaging supplies for products delivered to our facility.
Surplus Standard Lead Time:
For NSFP (New Surplus Factory Package), NSPP (New Surplus PLCCenter Package), and USPP (Used Surplus PLCCenter Package), we require 2-5 business days for Quality Control and Testing. We ship thousands of units everyday and all of them go through the same strict Quality Assurance system. If the order is not a true Emergency then PlcCenter.com will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge. Emergency same day Quality Control/Testing lead time is available only with Rush Fee applied. If you request us to ship the item(s) by UPS Next Day or Second Day Air (etc.) without choosing to pay the Rush Fee, the lead time will be 2-5 business days before we ship. Lead Time on Factory New Products (FNFP)
Order shipment will be confirmed before the end of the next business day.
Emergency RUSH Service:
Same Day Quality Control, Repair and Testing lead time is Available. We can ship same day on emergency orders received prior to 4 p.m. EST (U.S.). Rush Fee is 20% of order volume ($100 minimum)(limited to product/repair availability). Rush Surplus Orders Received after 4 P.M. EST (U.S.) Ship the next business day with Rush Fee applied. Please Read - RUSH Order Statement:
PlcCenter.com would like to accommodate your order needs in the best way possible. In order to protect true machine down high priority shipping requests we must include a surcharge for same day Quality Control/Testing lead time. If we do not then we can not effectively guarantee a customer in a true crisis situation a priority shipment. Every item leaving PlcCenter.com must be reviewed and tested by Quality Assurance, packaged and inspected prior to leaving the building. In order to prevent the system from accepting non critical orders as rushes we include a 20% surcharge. We experience 20-30 true same day emergencies everyday. We ship thousands of units everyday and all of them go through the same Quality Assurance system. In order to move a unit to the front of the line and directly to a Quality Control Team Member there must be a surcharge. If the unit is not required as a true emergency then PlcCenter.com will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge.
Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:
Customer represents that any supplied credit card or or similar information is true and correct and customer has all proper rights in same, that all charges will be honored by customer's credit card company and that it will pay all credit card fees as charged. Customer shall also pay all applicable sales tax. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold plcCenter and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all of them in relation hereto.
International Orders
Credit Card verification may take up to 72 hours prior to RUSH shipment.
Wire Transfers: Allow 3 - 5 business days for receipt of funds prior to RUSH.
