Warranty Terms


1. PLCCenter Surplus Warranty Return Policy:

1.1 PLCCenter surplus is guaranteed to be in working condition and is warranted for 2 full years. All warranties are issued by Radwell International, Inc. and not the manufacturer and will be honored by Radwell International, Inc.

1.2 If the unit is found defective within 2 years of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. (If you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at or call 800.884.5500 or +1 609.288.9393 for a return authorization number (RM#) prior to any return). All Surplus products sold by Radwell International, Inc. are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 2 years from the date of sale.

1.2.1 Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product (or part thereof as we determine) free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid us for it.

1.3 Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the 2 year warranty period, together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our return authorization number (RM#). 1.4 This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same.

1.5 Radwell International, Inc. is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.

2. PLCCenter Surplus Non-Warranty Return Policy:

2.1 If you are dissatisfied with a product from PLCCenter Surplus you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 20% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns.

2.2 No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. (If you need to make a non-warranty return claim please contact us at or call 800.884.5500 or +1 609.288.9393 for a return authorization number (RM#) prior to any return).

2.3 'New Surplus Factory Package' (NSFP) may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date manufactured or the cosmetic condition of product or packaging.

2.4 All 'Used Surplus PLCCenter Package' (USPP) and 'New Surplus PLCCenter Package' (NSPP) items are repackaged in PLCCenter custom shipping containers. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing.

2.5 Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a PLCCenter return authorization number (RM#). (If you need to make a non-warranty return claim please contact us at or call 800.884.5500 or +1 609.288.9393 for a return authorization number (RM#) prior to any return).

3. Repaired Products:
3.1 All products repaired by Radwell International, Inc. are warranted to our customer who presents same for repair as follows: all repaired components thereof for which we publish prices shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 2 years from the date of our repair invoice. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective component free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the component cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account with us in an amount equal to the sum you paid to us for the repair.

3.2 Freight and rush fees for returned product remain the responsibility of the customer. Any warranty claim must be by written notice to us received before the end of the 2 year warranty period, together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our RMA#. (Should a warranty claim be made, please call 800.884.5500 or +1 609.288.9393 for an RMA# prior to any return.)

3.3 This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose, quality, and/or non-infringement.

3.5 Radwell International, Inc. is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.

4. New Products (FNFP) - Factory New Factory Packaging (Factory Warranty):
4.1 All new products sold by Radwell International, Inc. are subject to the terms of any and all original manufacturer’s warranty/ies that may apply. Radwell International, Inc. provides no warranties regarding such new products, including we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same.

4.2 Radwell International, Inc. is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.

5. New Products (FNFP) - Factory New Factory Packaging (Non-Warranty Returns):
5.1 All new products sold by Radwell International, Inc. are subject to the terms of any and all original manufacturer’s policies that may apply. The ability to return Factory New items will vary depending on the manufacturer. Some manufacturers consider items to be Non-cancelable/non-returnable after the purchase order is placed, yet others may allow returns with an applicable restock charge. Please ask your sales rep at the time of the order if you are concerned about the returnability of the item. We will work on your behalf and make every effort to try to accommodate any cancellations or returns but any charges will be incurred by the customer.

6. Other Terms:
6.1 All sales and services are presumed to have taken place in New Jersey and those above-described warranties provided by Radwell International, Inc. shall be construed under New Jersey law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in that State or Federal Court nearest to the main office of Radwell International, Inc. The parties hereby agree to personal jurisdiction over them in such Courts. Radwell International, Inc. shall be entitled to attorneys' fees and costs including pre and post judgment should it have to enforce its right under this transaction.

6.2 Customer warrants that it is and shall remain in full compliance with any applicable United States, State and/or local regulations controlling the sale and delivery of goods for export and is and shall remain solely responsible therefore. The terms set forth herein constitute the entire agreement regarding this transaction, except for product and/or service description and pricing, and subject only to our credit agreement (if any) with you, our invoice and our separate order confirmation.

6.3 In the event any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court having jurisdiction thereover, such unenforceable term(s) shall be modified to make them as enforceable as possible, and the rest of these terms shall not be affected. Any contrary terms offered by the Customer are not a part of this transaction. Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold Radwell International, Inc. and its agents harmless from any breach by it of these terms or any misuse or abuse by it of any item sold and/or serviced hereby.

6.4 The goods sold hereunder shall be at the risk of the Customer upon delivery by Radwell International, Inc to the carrier F.O.B. shipping point. Title to the goods sold hereunder shall remain in Seller until payment in full by Buyer.

6.5 Radwell International shall not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturing plants, transportation, strikes, fires, floods, storms, war, insurrections, riot, any governmental regulation, order, act or instruction, or any other circumstances beyond its control, and Customer hereby waivers any claims relating to same.

6.6 Should any part of this transaction contravene U.S. U.K. CA Export laws, this transaction shall be immediately void and unenforceable.
