Product Guarantee

Thank you for purchasing a quality PLCCenter product. Surplus items are guaranteed to be in working condition and are warranted for one full year. If the unit is found to be defective within one year of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. (The following are the complete warranty details). The original packaging for 'New Surplus Factory Package' (NSFP) may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date manufactured, or the cosmetic condition of product or packaging. All 'Used Surplus PLCCenter Package' (USPP) and 'New Surplus PLCCenter Package' (NSPP) items are repackaged in PLCCenter.com custom shipping containers. Surplus may not come with manual(s), or any accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. A 20% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns returned within 30 days of invoice date. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a PLCCenter return authorization number.
